SBA and DoD say they’re dying to fund…
Small businesses
Females
Minorities
Socially & Economically Disadvantaged
Manufacturing
High Risk, High Impact Technologies
Well…my startup checks all of the above.
Yet, this is what my conversations with them look like…
*crickets chirping*
It’s NOT a pipeline problem.
They want my technology. They don’t want me.
They’ve funded numerous closure technologies over the past 40-60 years.
None of them have worked which is why they’re still looking (wasted tax dollars)
They’ve allowed the researchers to conduct the research themselves and even paid their salaries.
Why is it different for me?
Why do I just have to hand over my technology to them or receive the silent treatment?
Oh well…
The reality is they’ll have to wait 20 years
or PAY ME for the tech at some point
because
I’ve invented what they need.
I challenge them to legally workaround it. Good luck.
My patents are solid. 🙂
(Update 10/21/19… Well, they’d likely just take it through PTAB where anything is invalid if you try hard enough. Nice satire post here.)
All of their attempts to get me to just ship them my product have been documented and my attorneys are prepared for an IP infringement suit.
US Army employee name blacked out as they are not a public figure.
